  • 1st appointment: assessing customer needs and measuring for base plan

  • 2nd appointment: presenting and discussing two sketch plan options

  • 3rd appointment: delivering a furnished, final layout

 

Atmosphere Package

 

Improve the feel of the home by harmonizing new accessories, colors, and materials.

  • 1st appointment: assessment of customer needs.

  • 2nd appointment: recommendations from catalogues and material samples for wall colors, floorings, wallpaper, tapestries, and furniture upholstery. Recommendations for decorative items, pictures, paintings, and art objects (from catalogues or stores).

Large Package Design

 

Focus on plan creation and implementation.

Design and technical planning for the construction of new homes and the reconstruction of existing homes

  • interview, task analysis, task interpretation

  • room organization options: 2-3 floor plan sketches (M = 1:50)

  • based on customer’s selected plan option, completion of design plan (M = 1:50)

  • wall planning, spatial representations (without scale)

  • construction and demolition plans

  • allocation plan for floorings and wall coverings

  • connection planning for electrical and mechanical equipment

  • electrical plan, lighting layout, selection of lamps

  • incorporation of furnishings into plans, including a list of relevant details (e.g. measurements and store information)

  • custom built furniture design

  • selection of home textiles, recommendations (curtains, rugs, decorative fabrics, wallpaper)

  • presentation of catalogues and material samples

  • decorations and decorating

  • on-site project supervision (maximum of 5 visits)
